Pilot Notes:
General: The CH-47X is a highly engineered tandem rotor RC helicopter, which is modeled with full physics fidelity. The flight dynamics are genuinely replicating tandem rotor aerodynamics.
The model is responsive with good power authority and is capable of relative high speed forward flight. However, pitch sensitivity increases significantly at speed, so what feels like a 'controllable' and manageable input at cruise becomes abrupt and demanding at the upper end of the speed envelope. High speed operations require light, precise thumbs, and in general it is not recommended.
The recommended flying style is scale: calm, fluid, always thinking one step ahead of the helicopter. It is a big, capable machine that responds beautifully to a pilot who understands its pace.
Controls: Full control throws are recommended. Reduce inputs progressively as speed increases, especially in pitch.
